Œuvre Nationale welcomes Carine Feipel to the Board of Directors.

Œuvre Nationale is pleased to announce that Carine Feipel has joined its Board of Directors. Her recognised expertise in corporate governance and strategic management will be an invaluable asset to the institution.
A lawyer by training, Carine Feipel worked for a major law firm for 20 years before devoting herself to independent directorships since 2014. She chaired the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA) from 2019 to 2023 and is certified as an administrator by INSEAD and the ILA. In 2023, she will be awarded the 'ILA Certified Director, Fund Governance Expert' certification, demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of governance.
Carine Feipel brings to Œuvre Nationale a strategic vision enriched by her international and multidisciplinary experience. We are convinced that her expertise will be an invaluable asset in supporting the institution's mission and strengthening its commitment to serving the public interest.
