We use Piwik PRO Analytics Suite to collect data about website visitors based on online identifiers. We create user profiles based on users' browsing history and site usage metrics such as bounce rate and page views.

The data will be hosted in Europe for a maximum of 25 months. (Purpose of data processing: analysis, conversion tracking based on consent, legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.) Piwik PRO Analytics Suite also creates aggregated data sets relating to the use of our website as part of the processing necessary for the proper functioning of the website.

Œuvre undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your personal data from this website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law of 2 August 2002, as last amended, on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data. Under no circumstances will the data be used for commercial purposes, and it may be anonymised for processing for statistical purposes or historical research purposes. Œuvre takes all precautionary measures to safeguard the security of your personal data.

Œuvre collects only the personal data you share with it when requesting a service. In keeping with the data minimisation principle, all forms limit the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary, and they indicate:

• whether this data is mandatory or optional to manage your request.

The information collected through the forms is stored by Œuvre in a computer file. It is stored for up to 10 years after the end of your request and is handled by Œuvre staff and potentially the members of the board of directors.
