Since 2012, the stART-up fund has been helping young artists, creatives and cultural players below the age of 36 to develop their careers both in Luxembourg and abroad.

The fund offers young talent a valuable opportunity to launch their professional careers by supporting the implementation of ambitious projects. With funding of up to €25,000 per project, this fund allows beneficiaries to receive a single source of financial assistance so as to encourage them to choose a significant project to advance their career.

An independent jury of experts in the field chooses the beneficiaries six times per year. Since its inception, the fund has supported over 250 projects in a variety of areas.

To submit an application, log in to our project submission platform. After you create your user account, you will be able to complete and save your application.

The first step is to fill out an introductory form in which you specify the type of financial assistance you wish to receive and provide a brief description of your project so we can confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria. If you are told that you meet the eligibility criteria, you will have access to the full form to submit your application.

NB: Although the form is in French, you can also fill it out in Luxembourgish, German or English.

Checked within five working days to confirm whether eligibility criteria are met. Please note that only the fully completed applications will be reviewed by the jury.
