Das Projekt

During the filming of the documentary

For some time now, we have observed that the plight of homeless people in Luxembourg is increasingly affecting the general public. Wanting to raise awareness, especially among young people, Caritas Luxembourg and White Jasmine Films teamed up to create a documentary about homelessness in Luxembourg.

The Production

As of now, the filming is more or less finished, and the documentary will be broadcast on RTL, with additional presentation sessions for various audiences. This phase took longer than expected, as it was very difficult to find people living on the streets who were willing to be filmed and followed in their daily lives.

Anyone can end up homeless in Luxembourg.

To achieve this, the White Jasmine Films crew invested a lot of time observing homeless individuals in order to approach them and gain their trust.

Objective

Even in a wealthy country like Luxembourg, there are people who have to live on the streets, and this is the reflection we want to provoke in the viewers. We want to raise awareness that anyone can end up homeless in Luxembourg.
