The " FormatiON " fund aimed at preventing young people from dropping out of school is for associations that wish to create projects to help young people at risk of dropping out or who have left school early.

The " FormatiON " fund aimed at preventing young people from dropping out of school supports projects that help young people at risk of dropping out or who have already left school early.
Œuvre cares deeply about this issue and encourages associations to submit projects that work to keep young people in school or guide them on their educational and/or professional path.
This initiative contributes to our mission to support young people in finding suitable training or suitable career paths and preventing them from dropping out of school.
Your organisation is:
- a non-profit association
- a foundation
- a company that has the status of societal impact company (SIS), with impact shares representing 100% of the share capital
- or a public sector establishment
- registered in Luxembourg (listing in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register is mandatory)
Your project:
- takes place in Luxembourg
- must be targeted at young people who are at risk of dropping out of school or who have already dropped out
To submit an application, log in to our project submission platform. This platform allows you to create your user account, which you can use to submit applications, save forms you are working on and view applications you have already submitted.
Before you can access the full form, you must submit an introductory form in which you indicate the type of financial assistance you would like to request. On this form, you will provide a short description of your project. We can then check whether you meet the eligibility criteria.
NB: The forms are in French, but they may also be filled out in Luxembourgish, German or English.
Œuvre will double-check the eligibility criteria, and if you are told that you meet them, access to the full form will be unblocked.
The full form corresponds to the one-off grant form. When you are filling out the full form for a one-off grant, tick the box for the "FormatiON" fund aimed at preventing young people from dropping out of school.
