Œuvre has legal, recurring and one-time beneficiaries

In accordance with the Law of 22 May 2009, Œuvre provides financial support to the National Solidarity Fund and to the 30 municipal social welfare offices, which work to combat inequalities and support people who are in a position of insecurity. Every year, these beneficiaries receive half of Œuvre's funds, helping them to strengthen their vital actions.

Along with these legal beneficiaries, eight organisations receive annual funding for their ongoing contributions to quality of life in Luxembourg. These strategic partners do long-term work in a variety of areas.

Œuvre also supports associations and one-off projects that promote solidarity and social cohesion. These targeted grants help beneficiaries implement initiatives that have a strong local and national impact.

You can learn more about the beneficiaries on the pages about them

Œuvre supports local associations and organisations that work in the following areas: Social, Cultural, Environmental, Sports & Health and Remembrance & Heritage. View a selection of the supported projects here.

Although Œuvre supports many projects, it does not directly coordinate the activities of the projects that receive funding. If you would like to participate in or visit a project, we recommend that you contact the beneficiary organisation directly. You can find information on the supported projects and their owners in the "Spotlight on our beneficiairies" section of this website, and in our most recent annual reports

We also send out a regular electronic newsletter to subscribers that shares news about our activities and those of our beneficiaries. Subscribe to our newsletter on our homepage
