In this episode, Julie Schadeck, representative of the non-profit organization UNature, tells us about "La forêt et moi", a project which was launched following our call for projects "ACTiON Jeunes". This project, launched during the Covid-19 pandemic, aims to reconnect young people with nature, a need that has become essential in our modern world.

Through classroom workshops and immersive outings in the forest, UNature accompanies high school students in rediscovering natural spaces, helping them to rebuild connections with their environment while benefiting from the positive effects of nature on their mental and physical well-being. Julie Schadeck shares anecdotes, studies, and memorable experiences related to this adventure.
